Our simple tech-based solution automatically sends the closest driver to your store when you submit an order. Once the driver is dispatched by our live dispatcher, customers will be notified by text message (as long as you include their phone number) that their package is on the way. The customer will be able to follow the driver's delivery route to their drop-off location. Shop owners will then receive an e-mail with photo proof of delivery. This info will also live in your Delivery Dashboard on our website.
