Refund Policy: Failed vs Canceled Deliveries

Canceled Delivery: When a merchant cancels a delivery and there is no driver assigned, the merchant will receive a refund for that request.

Failed Delivery:  A failed delivery is when an assigned driver is unable to successfully complete a delivery. The driver will return the item back to the merchant. Typically, there is no refund for a failed delivery. The merchant will be charged the original rate as well as a return charge.

Batch Failure: In the case of a Batch failure, the merchant will be refunded the rate and fee for any drop-offs not “Attempted” or “Completed." This does not include the first-drop off even if the batch has not been assigned to a driver.
