We'll send out an email for extreme cases of inclement weather. In extreme cold conditions, items like fresh flowers can't be left outside if the recipient isn't home. Our driver will try to call the recipient to ask for instructions on where to leave the package. If they don't answer, the driver will contact the merchant for instructions.
We can also leave the package with a neighbor and make a note, which you will see in your delivery page.
