Why am I getting an error message when uploading the batch form?

If you're getting an error message when trying to upload a batch delivery request first make sure the zip code has been entered correctly. You can put the address into google to confirm. This is the most common reason for an error message.


Also make sure your file is saved as a .csv not .xlsx  - If you're unsure how see the image below. Go to File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv) and the file will download. It's now ready to be uploaded.
