What happens if a delivery order is placed after Trellus business hours?

Trellus drivers are on the road from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. but stop picking up new deliveries around 5pm.

If a delivery is received after 5 p.m., it will be placed in the delivery request queue and assigned when we open the next day at 9 a.m.

 

We always try to accommodate our merchant partners as best we can, so if you do have something last minute, please reach out to our Support Staff (9am - 7pm Monday - Saturday, and 9am-5pm on Sunday) via the chatbot on the bottom right of our website or by calling us 1 (833) 562-2554 x 1
