Can I deliver CBD, Marijuana or tobacco products?

Trellus can deliver eligible CBD and cannabinoid hemp products when the products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Trellus does not deliver marijuana, cannabis, tobacco, or tobacco-based products.

CBD Delivery Requirements

All CBD and cannabinoid hemp products delivered through Trellus must comply with applicable laws and product requirements in the state where the order is delivered.

  • All CBD and cannabinoid hemp deliveries through Trellus require the customer to be 21 or older.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID confirming the customer is 21+ and a signature are required at the time of delivery.
  • The person receiving the delivery must match the identification provided.
  • If a valid 21+ ID cannot be provided, the delivery cannot be completed. A return fee will be charged to the merchant for all deliveries that are failed.
  • Trellus does not deliver marijuana or cannabis products, regardless of whether they are sold for recreational or medical use.
  • Trellus does not deliver tobacco or tobacco-based products.

New York

New York regulates qualifying hemp-derived cannabinoid products under its Cannabinoid Hemp Program. Products must meet New York's cannabinoid hemp requirements, including applicable THC limits, product, testing, packaging, and labeling requirements. Trellus applies a 21+ requirement to all CBD/cannabinoid hemp deliveries, and must be received by a customer who is 21 or older, regardless of whether a particular product is subject to a lower or no minimum age under New York law. A valid government-issued photo ID confirming the customer is 21+ and a signature are required at the time of delivery.

 

California

California allows certain CBD products derived from industrial hemp, but the requirements depend on the type of product.

For example, industrial hemp foods, beverages, and dietary supplements intended for human consumption must meet California's current requirements, including no detectable THC and a minimum purchase age of 21

California also prohibits the sale, offering, or provision of hemp flower, hemp pre-rolls, and certain hemp-derived inhalable products in California.

Trellus only supports CBD/cannabinoid hemp products that are legally permitted for sale and delivery in California and that meet all applicable California requirements.

 

Reminder for Merchants

It is the merchant's responsibility to ensure that every CBD or cannabinoid hemp product listed on Trellus is legally permitted for sale in the applicable state and complies with all applicable product, labeling, testing, licensing, and THC requirements.

Trellus does not permit marijuana or cannabis products, tobacco, tobacco-based products, or vape products for delivery, regardless of whether the merchant is licensed to sell those products under applicable state law.
