If you wish to have your Trellus customer account data deleted from our servers, please complete the form using this contact link. A Trellus team member will confirm account deletion within 30 days of your request.
Information that will be de deleted from Trellus servers:
- First and Last Name associated with your account
- E-mail address associated with your account
- Phone number(s) associated with your account
- The above information is also deleted from all order and delivery details related to orders made from your account.
Information that does not get deleted:
- Anonymized account user ID
- Associated purchase history
- Stored addresses, dissociated from other personally identifying information, but required for confirmation of driver payout on delivery orders.
You can also delete your account and data yourself by heading to bytrellus.com >> Account
Click Request Account and Data Deletion
You will then be promoted with this notification. Click Delete My Account. THIS IS IRREVERSIBLE.
