Customer Support: How Can I Track My Order?

To find the status of your order and track it, open the app and press Orders on the bottom menu. Then, select the order you're looking for—its status will be displayed at the top of the screen. It will also say what the status is.

Once the driver has started the route to you, the status will change to Out For Delivery. At this time, a Track Order button will appear. When you click that, it will bring you to a new window where you'll see a map of where your driver is.

At this point you'll be able to call or message the driver through the app should you need to speak with them.
