How do I change my pick-up location?

Need to change your pick-up address permanently or temporarily? Follow these steps!

  1. Log into your Trellus Dashboard 
  2. Click Menu on the top right 
  3. Select Business Settings
     

 

 

   4. Scroll down to Location Info and press Edit

 

 


 

If you need to change your pick-up location temporarily for a just one delivery, you can do so on the New Delivery Request page. 

Next to Where in the Pickup Details section, select Edit. 

This address will reset to your default Location Pickup Address next time you open up the Delivery Request page.
