Return Policy: Where do I write it and how does it work?

When you set up your storefront (Setting Up Your Shop Local Marketplace Storefront), you’ll be able to put in your Return Policy. Each store will have it's own policy and all returns and refunds are handled between the customer and the merchant. 

 

Write a clear return policy that ensures customer satisfaction. Specify the timeframe and conditions under which returns and refunds are available, ensuring transparency and clarity for your customers

This will be visible for customers looking at your business profile as well as on each product page.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Must be in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Health and personal care items

Return Process

Exchanges
