A compliance matter related to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) requirements was recently brought to our attention. We are actively working with Stripe to review and address the matter. While that process is underway, we are temporarily unable to process alcohol sales directly through the Trellus Marketplace.
What happens to my Trellus storefront?
Your business listing will remain visible on the Trellus Marketplace homepage, allowing customers to continue discovering your business. Customers will be redirected to your website to complete their purchase. This means alcohol transactions will be processed through your existing sales channel rather than through the Trellus Marketplace.
Your Trellus listing can continue to help drive traffic and visibility to your business during this temporary change.
What if I don't have a website?
Unfortunately, we will have to take down your Trellus storefront until the compliance issue is rectified.
Can Trellus still deliver my orders?
Yes. Trellus can continue supporting your business with local and routed deliveries.
