You've accepted the order and now it's ready for pickup. Your customer selected a date they want to pick up the order. When it's ready, press the Ready button.
You'll be able to add any notes regarding this order, that will not be visible to your customer. At this time, your customer will receive notification via SMS and e-mail that their order is ready to be picked up at your store.
After the customer picks up the order, please go back and mark it Picked Up - this will move the order to Archive as it is now complete!
You will once again have an opportunity to leave any notes to yourself about this order / pickup.
Now your order will show as Completed in the Archive and All tabs.
