When a new order comes in, Trellus sends you multiple notifications so you can stay on top of things easily.
You'll receive:

An email to the business email address saved in your account

A text message to the mobile number on file

A dashboard notification right on your Trellus dashboard
To make sure you don’t miss an order:

Be sure the mobile number on file belongs to someone who regularly checks their phone

Consider giving your whole team access to the business email associated with your Trellus account
Not receiving emails?

Check your spam or junk folder

Make sure emails from @bytrellus.com are marked as safe or "not spam" in your email settings
Need to update your contact info?
You can update your mobile number or email address anytime in your Business Settings.
Business Settings can be found in the Menu dropdown on the top right of your Dashboard.
