When the driver is on the way to pick up the delivery, the merchant receives a text letting you know the ETA along with a tracking link where you can see them on the map as well as contact them directly.
At the bottom of the tracking page, a clickable bar displays a call and message feature that allows the recipient to directly call or message their driver.
