How can I contact the driver?

We offer real-time driver communication while your order is being delivered! You can contact the driver once the task has been started. As a merchant, you will receive an email and the recipient will receive a text with a link to track the delivery as well as ETA of the driver to pick-up and drop-off locations.

At the bottom of the tracking page, a clickable bar displays a call and message feature that allows the recipient to directly call or message their driver.
