Trellus drivers are on the road 7 days a week from 9 am to 7 pm, excluding Christmas and New Years Day.
For guaranteed Same-Day delivery, all deliveries must be submitted by 4pm. Deliveries placed after 4pm, will be scheduled for next-day delivery by default.
We always do our best to accommodate our merchant partners whenever possible. If you have a last-minute delivery request after 4:00 PM, please contact our Support Team to check driver availability:
