How Trellus Proof-of-Delivery Photos Are Captured and Shared

  • Updated

Trellus drivers are trained to take clear proof-of-delivery photos at every dropoff location.

In some cases, a photo may not show a full address number or identifying landmark. This does not mean your delivery was made to the wrong location. Proof-of-delivery photos are intended to confirm placement of the package at the dropoff point.

Drivers typically capture 1–3 photos per delivery, depending on the dropoff environment, and at times will include a note when handed directly to the recipient.

All photos taken during delivery are:

  • Automatically emailed to both the customer and the merchant

  • Available to merchants on the Delivery Details page for each delivery

If you have questions about a delivery location or need additional clarification:

If needed, our team can review GPS verification and delivery data to provide additional confirmation.
