The proof of delivery photo is not the right drop-off location

If the proof of delivery photo does not provide enough information to verify the right drop-off location, it does not mean the package was not delivered to the right place.

Please check your Delivery Dashboard for any delivery notes the driver may have added. Our system only allows for one photo to be uploaded at this time, however sometimes the driver may take more than one. Please reach out to our support team via our live chatbot on the bottom right, or our contact form and we can send you the other photo if there is one.


If your package never arrived, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by calling 1 (833) 562-2554 x 1. Please make sure to include all information necessary to help us locate your delivery.
