The proof-of-delivery photo is not the right drop-off location.

Trellus drivers are trained to take clear proof-of-delivery photos. In some instances, the photo may not provide enough information to verify the drop-off location. Please check your Delivery Dashboard for any delivery notes the driver may have added. 

Our system allows for only one photo to be uploaded at this time; however, sometimes the driver may take more than one photo. Please reach out to our Support Team via our live Chat on the bottom right or our contact form, and we can send you the other photo if there is one.

If you need further confirmation of delivery, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket or by calling 1 (833) 562-2554 x 1. Please be sure to include all information necessary to help us locate your delivery.
