  • Updated

Money collected from orders will be deposited into the bank account linked to your Stripe Connect account according to Stripe’s payout schedule, typically once per week, minus any applicable fees.

To keep track of your Order Payments and Payouts head over the the Financials page on the left-hand side menu.

The Financials page gives you a clear view of your earnings, including order payments and payouts sent to your bank account.

What You’ll Find on This Page

Payouts: This section tracks payouts from your Stripe Connect account to your linked bank account to your bank account, the status of future payouts and payouts in transit. If there are any issues with your Stripe Connect account or payouts sending to your bank, you'll also see that here. Your payout amount is the total of all order payments at the time of the deposit, minus any applicable fees.

To learn more about application fees, see this article about How Taxes and Fees are Charged and Collected.

Order Payments: This section shows payments from customer orders placed through the Trellus Marketplace before payout to your connected bank account.

When you click on a payment, you can see the breakdown of the Processing fee. For this particular order, tax was not collected, so the only fees being withheld from the payout will be that Platform fee of $13.82
